My Care brings you into the solution. Each service offering we provide is administered with you in mind and with your input. Active Home Care offers many services with solutions to your individual needs. We have experienced and well trained professionals on our team to assist you in making your lifestyle comfortable. Whether you require care 24/7 or just a few hours a day we have an attendant waiting for you. Our attendants are available for a minimum of 4 hours / day to bring you the care you or your loved ones need. Active Home Care staff is carefully screened and highly qualified. They care deeply about our client’s safety, health and well-being.

HOURLY CARE
We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide in-home wellness solutions. Our caregivers are available for a minimum of four hours a visit, whenever you choose. Working with your schedule and busy lifestyle, our consultants will work with you to ensure your needs are met.

PALLIATIVE CARE
Care is an ongoing process. Our caregivers’ assist with companionship and loving non-medical care through the final transitions when you need it the most.

RESPITE CARE
Our short-term care program allows you flexibility and peace of mind. We
schedule consistent visits to provide care during vacations ensuring your loved ones can enjoy being at home while you are away.

LIVE-IN CARE
With our live-in care solutions the caregiver lives in the house where the service is needed. Our attendants ensure proper and compassionate care 24 hours a day whatever the need is.

OVERNIGHT CARE
We can provide either awake and alert or sleep-in care giving services. This may allow the primary caregiver a restful sleep or peace of mind for the family knowing there is someone there when you may not be.

24-HOUR CARE
With the 24-hour care package our caregiver is awake and alert at all times ensuring total peace of mind. Whether you are at work or taking a restful sleep, our caregivers will be there to ensure proper care is being provided to your loved ones.
